That is a huge step in the right direction. I remember when I was off the respirator and every time I took a breath, you could hear the crackling in my lungs. It would freak my father out, but it usually means that the secretions are breaking up, which is a good thing. Hopefully that is what is happening with Matthew. I will continue to keep you all in my prayers and that with each passing day you see great improvement in Matthews health. May G-d hold you in His hands and guide your son home to you.
